Can I submit without paying?
We sometimes accept submissions for free if they align with our editorial priorities or are part of a special project. However, most content requires a fee to cover production, hosting, and promotion costs. Please contact us to discuss your specific case.

Two Service Models
We offer two flexible pricing models depending on your needs:
Model 1: One-Time Publication
This is for clients who want a single feature on our platform — no long-term commitment.

Archival & Hosting Policy

Your content is published once and remains on our platform until fees are paid. In the event of removal, outstanding fees up to the date of removal will still be invoiced and must be settled in full.

Hosting fees are calculated from the first day of publication.

If payment is not received, the content will be removed and outstanding fees will be invoiced retroactively.

You are responsible for managing your content’s status. No reminders will be sent — it is your duty to stay informed.
⚠️ Note: No services on Namira ArtVerse are free. If you choose not to pay for continued hosting, your content will be archived or permanently removed. Unpaid content will be marked as delinquent until full payment is received.
Do you offer discounts for students or emerging artists?
Yes! We offer reduced fees for students, emerging artists, and non-profit cultural organizations. Please contact us with your proposal and we will do our best to accommodate your budget.
How do I pay?
We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and other major payment platforms. Invoices are issued upon agreement.
Can I cancel my monthly coverage?
Yes. Monthly coverage is flexible — you can pause or cancel with 30 days’ notice.
